ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Sarah Schulman is a literary chronicler of the marginalized and subcultural, focusing on queer urban life. She is the author of several books, including The Gentrification of the Mind, Conflict is Not Abuse, and The Cosmopolitans. She is Distinguished Professor of the Humanities at CUNY, and teaches creative writing at the College of Staten Island.
Vikki Warner is an acquisitions editor with Blackstone Audio and a freelance writer. Her work has appeared in BUST, The Boston Globe, and Zagat, among others.
Ivelisse Rogriguez was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. She earned a PhD in English and creative writing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MFA from Emerson College. She has published fiction in All About Skin: Short Fiction by Women of Color, the Boston Review, the Bilingual Review, and others. She is a senior fiction editor at Kweli, a Kimbilio fellow, and a VONA/Voices alum.
