Soniah Kamal (1972– ) was born in Karachi and grew up in Britain, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia. At sixteen, she moved to Lahore with her family and was educated at The Lahore Grammar School and The Lahore College of Arts and Sciences. She graduated with honors in the United States from St. John's College in Maryland.
